representation service includes the following:

Prepare all purchase and sale documentation
including all addendums, offers and counter offers in
order to document the agreement between buyer and seller.

Deliver documents to all necessary parties including
buyer and seller, escrow company and lender.

Set up Escrow Account.

Deposit earnest money with escrow company.
- Order preliminary title and have copies delivered to buyer
and seller.

Coordinate inspection and proper notice and advise seller
regarding possible alternative solutions to buyer objections.
